Hijoin Industrial Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of automobile aluminum alloy wheels. We are dedicated to providing safe, comfortable and aesthetic products, as well as decent service. To pursue ultimate perfection, we emphasize on innovation and breakthrough on all aspects-including R&D, production technology, and operation management. At a present, Hijoin has the production capacity of eight hundred thousand units per year from two production plants -YANG MEI PLANT & YOUTH PLANT. In the plants, we adopt the ROBOT automatic filling system as the main casting facility; high precision CNC cutting machine as processing equipment; electrostatic spray as the coating facility, and the advanced curing system to create brilliant product surface. Regarding to quality management,Germany TUV has certificated Hijoin,the quality assurance laboratory in Hijoin has acquired the VIA Japan certification. Hijoin also obtained the qualification certification of international standard on ISO 9001 and Taiwaness stander ARTC. In the future, Hijoin will continue the pursuit of being the leader and carry on dynamic innovation in wheel business.
